Guests: Due to Covid and maintaining the safety of our guests anyone entering the building and receiving a service must wear a mask at all times.
Children: No children unless scheduled for a service
First time guests: Deposit of $50 will be required for booking. Which will be fully credited on service day.
Payments: Cash & check is preferred however cards are accepted
Cancellations & Refunds: All appointments require a 24 hr notice if need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Must be submitted in writing via email firstname.lastname@example.org or verbally confirmed with Yelitza (832) 606-3770 Less than 24 hrs notice will be charged $50
No call/no show: Will be charged $75 for color appointments scheduled.
Deposit will be required for future appointments after a no show.
